Daniel J. Scribner

Owner, Multifamily Residential Specialist

…is an experienced construction management professional with over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of Project Management and General Contracting. He developed specialized proficiency managing a variety of government, public and private sector projects in North America and the Pacific. Mr. Scribner completed multimillion-dollar projects for the US Army Corp. of Engineers, US Navy, US Air Force, United Airlines and Chevron to name a few. He is well versed in all phases of project design, construction, and operations, with a history of delivering multimillion-dollar projects on time and on budget.
Mr. Scribner’s experience with very demanding projects has honed his ability to keep the project team focused and on track during challenging situations.

Daniel was born into the construction industry and grew up learning by his father’s knee on visits to job sites.  After graduating from high school, Daniel tried several different career options but always returned to construction. Several years ago, Daniel decided the family business suited him and joined MWC alongside his parents and coworkers he’d come to know over the years.

linda SCRIBNER

Office Manager

It can almost be said that Linda has been married to the construction industry for the past few decades as she played the role of sounding board and advisor to Dan Scribner. Linda worked in finance and fashion before her experience building her dream house gave her the construction bug and she jumped in full-time. She manages the office and brings a sense of organization and common-sense, kindness, different perspective, to the group. Linda spends after work hours enjoying construction’s sister industry, Interior Design.

Holly Lazzeri

Marketing Manager & Sub/Client Care

With a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism Colorado State University, Holly has worked in various roles in marketing and public relations for over 15 years. She has now taken on those roles as well as customer care at MWC.

Holly’s hobbies include - but are not limited to - snowshoeing, hiking, working with resin and alcohol inks, reading and gardening.

BEN KOVACH

Large Project Manager

Ben brings a decade and a half of construction experience and a thorough education to the art of construction at MWC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communications in Rhetoric. He’s had OSHA, Green Building, and Professional Management training. Ben spends his free time perusing passions that reflect his day job. He enjoys woodworking and creates bowls, spoons, spatulas, small crosses, and a special cup called a kuksa with the medium. He also enjoys cabinetry and chainsaw milling. 

Kuksa is a wooden cup made by the Sami people in Lappland or northern Scandinavia. Kuksa is also known as Guksi. Nowadays, kuksa has a lot of fans among nature enthusiasts around the world and wood art enthusiasts.

Ben aims to successfully execute project success alongside his team members, utilizing years of construction experience, knowledge and processes from a service-oriented product delivery system.

Experience includes specialties in estimating, framing, and granite installation with additional skills as a commercial glazier, hardwood floor installer, cabinet shop worker, residential carpenter, drywaller, granite and solid surface installer.



Juan Diaz

Special Projects Manager

Juan got his start in 2002 working in the framing industry. His drive and hard work was noticed, and by 2007, Juan found himself involved in all facets of custom home building.

Juan joined MWC in 2018 and quickly became an integral part of the team. He supervises side projects and organizes crews. He’s the quintessential person who “knows a guy” and saves MWC time, money and headaches.

Free time is family time for Juan. He enjoys every moment with his children before they grow and have children of their own.
